Fund Profile
The fund aims to achieve medium to long-term growth by investing in Shariah-compliant listed companies that generate a large part of their returns, directly or indirectly, through the real estate and construction sectors in the GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Kingdom of Bahrain). The fund may also invest in the listed markets of the real estate and construction sectors at a rate of up to 20% in other Arab countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
